Most recently with Aria Style, Freeman was previously Assistant Director of Conference Services for Seattle-based Columbia Hospitality where he planned corporate and social events at Bell Harbor International Conference Center, World Trade Center, Maritime Events Center and the Terminal 30 Cruise Ship Port on Seattle’s waterfront.

Early in his career Freeman held in-house event management positions with the Ohio SchoolNet Commission and Qualis Health.

Freeman is a 2000 cum laude graduate of Bowling Green University and earned Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) designation from the Washington, D.C.-based Convention Industry Council in 2007.

How can it be June 14^th already? We are waist deep in wedding season and could not be more excited. It was only a year ago when we first started working with our summer 2012 wedding clients on color themes and designs and now their wedding days are unfolding one-by-one.

Brandi and Reggie reached out to us to help design their vision for their wedding day at Hollywood School House. It was our first trip to the venue in Woodinville and could not have been more pleased with its turn of the century charm, hardwood floors, and accented brick walls.

After walking through the venue, our designs had come together! Please enjoy the simple elegance of added fabrics, lighting, floral, and linens.

As we move into the ceremony room, you can see accents of white sheer fabric framing the room, white columns to center the bride & groom, and a ceremony fabric backdrop with twinkle lights embedded.

We hope you enjoyed the sneak peak into Brandi & Reggie’s intimate wedding. It was a pleasure working with the couple and we wish them our best.

Scenario 1: Imagine yourself standing at the entrance to the most grand venue in your area. You walk into the lobby surrounded by beige walls, brown sofas and Christmas trees. You notice a large crowd heading toward the ballroom and follow them through the double brown doorways into the grand ballroom to find a large, spacious room filled with banquet rounds, black linens, and floral centerpieces. You look to your right and see a dance floor with 2 people attempting to dance and spot the bar. After getting a drink you ask yourself what now?

Scenario 2: Imagine yourself standing at the entrance to the most grand venue in your area. You walk into the lobby and find yourself confused because you suddenly feel like you are on the middle of a winter wonderland set at the Broadway theater. You glance down the foyer to find bare branch trees with white twinkle lights with walls dressed in white and blue. You walk toward the grand ballroom entryway to see lush white doors with sheer white overlays and twinkle lights swagged in red. As you walk into the ballroom, you are awe struck at the site of a sheer white fabric chandelier, 120” wide suspended overhead creating a canopy effect. The room is filled with white and black leather couches with glass tables and banquet rounds with blue overlays with blue fiber optic twig sprays clustered in with white tress. 9′ tall beaded chandeliers are suspended overhead in between the fabric streamers. You look to your right and see the dance floor surrounded with snowflake gobos flashing onto the dance floor with a crowd of people dancing the night away. While getting a drink you are amazed at the water structure above the bar that has a purple glow as water streams down. After getting a drink, you go immediately to the dance floor to join the rest of the group to have a festive evening.

I choose scenario 2. Moral of the story is the more attractive the party the more you want to dance.

The amazing part of working at Prop Gallery is that we have the capabilities to transform a venue into a completely new world. One of our latest holiday parties was at the Washington Athletic Club. Would you have guessed the WAC from looking at the photo below? It blows me away every time.
